About us...
Company Overview
THL is a different software company to others. We develop our
software to be used in live environments in a business model that protects our clients from performance risks, a model roughly based on an ASP type service. We are based in Essex in the
United Kingdom, where we have our server farms, development and test servers, and where we host those customers licensed under the ASP model.
THL produces and licenses transaction processing software in several product models ranging from e-commerce and eft
switches, ATM switches, remittance switches, card issuing systems, e-wallet systems, and payment and prepaid platforms.
THL has several agents around the world that represent the company and its products, and these are:
International Financial Systems (IFS), Electronic Payments & Commerce Ltd, CLT Solutions, i2i Holdings, and Switched Transactions Ltd.

Mission Statement
THL has one goal as a software company in the switching market, and that is to produce the very best
transaction processing platform as possible, capable of delivering multiple product types seamlessly and at a low implementation cost to our clients.
Company Background
Transsmart has a team of dedicated technologists and software architects who have been working together in
various forms since 1998, and finally came together in 2006 in a new commercial vehicle, called Transsmart
Holdings Limited. This special company has become home to all their developments and owns the IPR for the
