Since the early days of Transsmart, our customers can log on to https://gui.transwise.eu and https://connect.api.transwise.eu . But with the arrival of the new MyTranssmart dashboard, it is also time to phase out these old platforms.
Both dashboards have an end date of 1 October 2020. After that, the dashboards will go 'black'. Inherent in this is that our outdated printing solutions QZ Tray, PrintUtility and SmartPrint v1 will lapse. After October 1 there is only one print solution: SmartPrint v2.
The current APIv2 interface has been live since the beginning of 2018. In the past period we have made developments on the APIv1 and APIv2 as similar as possible, but from 1 February 2020 there will be a stop on the developments for our APIv1 interface. We have also set an end date for the use of the APIv1. The APIv1 interface will be taken offline as of October 1, 2020. Would you like to know if your source system is still connected to our APIv1 interface? Here you will find the necessary information about the steps you must take: https://support.transsmart.com/a/solutions/articles/3000091339
TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 end-of-life
To comply with current safety standards, from 1 June 2020 we will only support TLS1.2 for all https communication. This applies to both MyTranssmart and the integration interfaces via web service and API. We will raise the safety level of our acceptance environment as of 1 May 2020 by switching off TLS1.0 and TLS1.1. This allows you to see if your source system can still communicate well with us. We will of course return to this topic in the April and May newsletters so that you are well prepared.
