Cabrio Supply now processes between 100 and 150 orders a day. Tijmen: “You can imagine that this is a very time-consuming task, especially with worldwide distribution. Before the implementation of Transsmart, we sometimes were working on one order in 4 different places.” As the company grew, more and more carriers were added. “Especially for worldwide delivery, it became increasingly unclear: it was a rather cumbersome process” Tijmen sketches. “Because orders come in via different channels (Cabrio Supply also sells their products via other channels such as Amazon, red.), the logistics process became more complicated. We noticed that it was time to upgrade our systems, because, for example, feedback on shipping and delivery data was becoming increasingly important for our customers and dealers.”
Connection with Transsmart
In 2019 Cabrio Supply came into contact with Transsmart. Tijmen: “Transsmart had a very nice solution available for us. Transsmart facilitates what we used to do by hand: they take care of shipping and all associated information, such as the Track & Trace codes.” In addition, Cabrio Supply has also created a connection itself (a so-called "call") to the Transsmart API, so that all Track & Trace information is returned directly to their Magento webshop. This information is directly linked to the account of their customers. "This is the perfect addition for us."
