Direct shipments from Exact Online.
Transsmart can make logistics faster, simpler and more transparent, both for senders and recipients. Without the need to import/export your data. This means you will no longer need to retype data, manually create Track & Trace emails, or work with your carrier’s (web) application. The link to Transsmart will make this directly possible from Exact Online.
Transsmart is linked to more than 300 national and international parcel carriers, naturally including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS and DPD, but also to pallet carriers such as DSV and Kuehne & Nagel.
No need to install this app, as it’s available within Exact Online as standard. The Transsmart app is seamlessly incorporated in Exact Online’s Sales Module. A delivery method can already be chosen in the sales order (such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, DHL, etc.). You also have the option of sending the sales order straight to Transsmart for delivery. All the packing note details can be sent to Transsmart and the shipment detail screen will appear with a simple push of a button. Package details can still be added here too, after which the shipment is booked with the push of a button and the labels will come rolling out of the printer. We can also send a track and trace email straight to your customers, if so required. The track and trace link is always available in the Transsmart dashboard, which can be accessed direct from Exact Online’s order history.
Our online platform is available 24/7 and our IT team will provide you with the highest possible data protection. Our support employees can answer all of your questions on weekdays between 08.30 and 17.30. We can be reached via our customer portal, by email or directly by telephone in case of any calamities. The Transsmart support desk employees speak both Dutch and English.
